DBT Skill Building Group – Every Monday 4 to 5p.m. – Midtown Office Do your emotions ever get you into trouble? Do you get hot easily and have trouble cooling off? Do you have trouble getting what I want in relationships, on my job, or in life? Have people ever told you that you are too much to handle? Then, this might be the group for you. This is a closed group limited to 8 running in 5 week cycles. If interested, please talk to your PIHC therapist.
