You can now receive your medical care virtually through Telemedicine.
Telemedicine is a new technology for PIHC patients. For some health problems, a virtual visit is a way to save you time and money. We have launched telemedicine for medical care through the HealtheLife App available in the Google Play or Apple iOS APP store. You will need to login through your patient portal. It can be accessed from your phone, desktop computer, iPad or tablet.
With the patient portal, you can view, store and share health information with your doctor – anytime & anywhere. You can also access your health information, request appointments, services & view lab results online.

You are 4 steps away from the time-saving benefits that empower you to take control of your health. You can also communicate with your case manager and request support services. Ask the front desk, your provider, or case manager to help get you started.
- You will receive an email from IQHEALTH to register for the HealtheLife App.
- Click on the link inside the email to register and create an IQHEALTH account.
- Download the HealtheLife App in Google Play or IOS app store.
- Login to HealtheLife with your IQHEALTH email or username and password.
What can the healthelife do
We have teleheath coordinators in each Center to help you navigate the technology of Telemedicine. They can help you download the app and navigate any technology difficulties you have with the process.
