Welcome

Patients always come first here.

Positive Impact Health Centers has been awarded recognition by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Patient-Centered Medical Home. The agency is the only HIV Service Organization in Georgia to receive this recognition.

For over 30 years, our agency has been invested in the health of the metro Atlanta community. We have always understood a person’s wellbeing includes a comprehensive approach and individualized plans to help them thrive.

We strongly believe that a significant variable of success in ending the HIV epidemic is a patient-centered approach with increased access to care and integrated co-located services. Creating comprehensive service centers designed to make HIV care and other support services as easy and barrier-free as possible is best practice.

We hope you will consider making us your medical home

Increased access

The agency has increased access through a rapid entry program that provides HIV medical care within 72 hours of a new HIV diagnosis or re-entry to care, capacity for walk-ins in the same day clinic, linkage to care coordinators, expanded hours to evening and weekends, Community Health Workers (CHWs) at each Centers, transportation assistance, and robust Telehealth services for medical and mental healthcare.
